We can take care of VAT upon import where applicable by using our deferment account on your behalf, can store wood on the quayside on your behalf, pending your call-off if you wish, whilst holding the same insured.
We can offer long extended terms by Bills of Exchange should that be a requirement and we are happy to buy foreign currency forward for you if you wish, all subject to our obtaining suitable Trade Insurance.

We can and do supply shipping schedule information, as often as required on a regular timed basis and our back up staff are the best in the business.

In the event that something does go awry then we can use our negotiating skills to settle any problems that might come up.
