Sawn Black ECO Hardwood Sleepers

These contemporary Garden Sleepers are made from European hardwood, kiln-dried, then treated with Tanalith E Green preservative treatment to Use Class 4 ground contact, then air-dried and dipped in Creol. This not only provides the surfaces with a black colour but also provides a level of water repellence.

Little or no stick marks on the surfaces, complete colouration to all sides.

This treatment provides a ground contact 15 year warranty, provided by Arch Chemicals.

The Sleepers are rough sawn but at the same time are regular in size, which allows ease of x-cutting on mitre/table/bench saws.

They are easy to handle, no danger from Creosote and no biological hazard that might perhaps be encountered with old second-hand railway sleepers.

Available in one size and 2 lengths : 100x200   2.4M and 3.0M   40 pieces per pack.

There is also a range of Architectural Sleepers, reeded 3 sides and planed on the reverse, available in smaller and shorter sizes as well as 100x200.
